14-Day Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return window beginning on the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must:

Be unused or only minimally used

Be in its original condition

Include all original packaging and accessories

Not show signs of misuse, damage, or excessive wear
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
We also cannot accept returns for:

Gift cards

Final sale items

Clearance items

Products that have been intentionally damaged

Products returned outside the 14-day return window
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or the incorrect product was received.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as ARQON cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Our team will review your request and work quickly to provide an appropriate solution.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, including but not limited to:

Items returned with missing parts or accessories

Products showing signs of excessive use

Items not returned in their original condition

Products damaged due to customer misuse
Each case is reviewed individually.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders can only be canceled before they have entered processing or shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must instead follow our standard return process.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, color, or variation, we recommend returning your original item (if eligible) and placing a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:

Contact your credit card provider, as refunds may take several business days to appear.

Fraudulent or Excessive Returns
ARQON reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases involving fraudulent activity, abuse of our return policy, excessive return requests, or items returned in unacceptable condition.
